The immigration is "out of control."

Did the U.S Congress get solution about immigration? The immigration issue is one of the disputed point that could not find any solution yet. I believe immigration is out of control because of incapability of federal government especially the Congress who did not reach an agreement about immigration. There was alot of debate in the Capitol ( the building where Congress of the U.S.A meets in Washington) about how to get solution the unprecedented immigration crises. After a lot of attempts  which way to react this pervasive problem was ended unsuccessful, and the last Immigration Reform Act that was sponsored by Senator John S Mcain also ended in a deadlock. This very last reform was saying illegal immigrants should be given a Resident Card if they do a stellar performance of college or university Degree. Unfortunately that motion didn't reach the floor of  the Congress due to lack of momentum of votes that could allow the Congress to vote for it. In the debate was if we pass this motion will it help or get worse? Some Congressmen argue this motion is like '' Jumping from a frying pan into the fire'' and they accused their fellow Congressmen are not honest for defending their country and act as a dilemma or quandary in other way saying " they want to have the cake and eat too." This is true according to the writer Zuckerman his second paragraph Our Rainbow Underclass and said, " Most politicians fear offending blocs of votes - a cowardice that does not serve the country well." Those accused ones denied all the allegations and they said the purpose they suggested this Bill was only to limit the influx of new immigrants and at the same those who were already here in the US to contribute our beloved country. By and large, the Senators and Representatives failed to reach a consensus of the immigration reform and this political spectrum that  we have today merely pave the way more and more new immigrants to come to the US from all over the world.
